All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy or other allergens.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.


Any Products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by us  as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo.

Order Placement and Confirmation

 a. Orders can be placed through our website or by filling the custom order form.
   b. Confirmation of an order is subject to availability and payment confirmation.
   c. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

2. Pricing and Payment:
   a. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
   b. To confirm an custom cake order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 2 days.
   c. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
   d. We accept bank transfer.
   e. Additional charges may apply for customization or special requests.


For Wedding Cakes:

Due to the extensive preparation time required for wedding cakes, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation occurs at least three weeks before the planned occasion date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we strive to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Orders can be postponed for up to six months.

For cakes, cupcakes or cookie Orders:

Cancellation is permissible up to two weeks prior to the scheduled occasion date, with no penalty, and a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice may result in the forfeit of the total order cost.

We are committed to accommodating events being postponed and will make every effort to reserve the new date for your event.


The Customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cake is released from the care and custody of the Supplier’s. The Supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.

If a third party will be collecting the cake on the customer’s behalf, a release form is to be signed by that person, stating the cake is received in good condition at the time of pickup/delivery.


We offer delivery for certain destinations. Delivery is charged at our discretion

Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cake as per our instructions. If anything is to happen to the cake after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages.

A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back with our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product.

In Order To Quote You For Delivery, We Require An Address. Cake Delivery Times Are Agreed Upon At The Time Of Booking By The Client And Pcc. All Delivery Times Are Given As A Delivery Window Estimate, And Pcc Will Aim To Be In Touch On The Day Of Delivery To Give A More Accurate Time.

Pcc Cannot Guarantee The Freshness Of Your Product If You Are Unable To Give Adequate Notice For A Change In Pick Up Time.


Please note that all sales of cakes, cookies, or cupcakes are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted. We strive to provide the highest quality products and service, but due to the customized nature of our baked goods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
